I booked online. There was no mention of a charge for parking overnight. In fact, I thought it said free parking. I also chose the hotel because it had a pool. I was disappointed to learn that the pool was closed. Other than that, the room, met my expectations.

Booked the hotel being mom had a flight out of Newark in the morning. Upon arrival, we were notified that the flight was cancelled. Jasmine at the front desk was pleasant, the suite was huge. Only stayed about an hour before we had to leave to head to Philadelphia for an alternate flight at 6.a.m.

They didnt tell us but they only clean your room every 3 days. We requested they come in to clean it on day 2. They made the beds and left clean towels but did not replace toilet tissue or take trash. Front desk staff was super friendly we wentvdown to ask for toilet tissue was given a roll. Breakfast was just meh. The day we were leaving house keeping finally brought the toilet tissue that we had to go to the front desk to get because we ran out 2 days prior. We have stayed here many times in the past but I think this will be our last visit to this one. No parking available at night i had to make my own spot

The breakfast is laughable. Staff was nice but we never got room keys due to Global IT bug. Only hotel staff could let you in the rooms, so the wait was long. There were multiple student athletic teams staying at the hotel, so it was super loud with them horsing around in the halls. Loved how close it was to the airport. I really enjoyed watching the planes.

We came a da early to pick up grandson from airport due to weather . Shuttle could use an update compared to other hotel shuttles. Was on time getting us to airport but waited an extra 15 minutes to get back to hotel. Still better than parking. Overall great experience.
