Staff was friendly and helpful but desk employees were BOTH very new. They were able to answer my questions but it took them a bit to figure it out. Shouldnt have two new people working together on a really busy Saturday night! The breakfast was good and the serving staff helpful. Big complaint, there was NOTHING in the booking that said that parking in an open lot with no security was going to cost an extra $16.00/car. My parents and I were sharing a room but were in separate cars. I could have picked up my rental the next day had I known. If you are going to charge for an ungated open lot, at least employ security to protect my car. For the additional $32.00 can't say the breakfast made up for it, could have stayed down the street for less.

According to locals, the entire Oakland area is not safe. The hotel charges $10.00 if you use the shuttle bus to the airport. Hotel is very dark and outdated.

Great hotel in a safe location with close proximity to airport. Decent breakfast with ample seating. There is a $10 per room fee for the airport shuttle, which the hotel failed to mention in its listing. I personally dislike hyatt's pillows which is why i rated comfort as low.

I did not realize that the hotel was charging us $16.00 per day for parking. This information was NOT in your website!!! We did not like that at all.... there should be NO hidden costs!

This is a very safe and convenient hotel. Breakfast was excellent and had some different items each day. Our room was serviced every day, even though I didn’t expect it to be so that was a pleasant surprise. Downsides were that the pool apparently is not maintained and was actually closed with a health department notice so if a pool is important to you, you might want to call and confirm it’s open. The bar/bistro was also closed over the weekend and there is no alternative that is walking distance. Finally, charging for parking felt petty. There are no specific hotel spots. Parking is part of a huge industrial park. Still, I’d recommend it if you need a place to stay in Bayfarm.

Good location near Oakland airport, with nice surroundings. Good complimentary breakfast and coffee/tea all day.
The room smells stale and a bit musty. No fridge in our room.

We stayed here for one night. Checked in around mid night and checked out in morning. Intention was to get a clean hotel to spend night and it was served well.
Room: Room was decent, clean. bathroom was good. There was no refrigrator or microwave in room. In morning lady at check-in desk helped in accessing kitchen microwave to warm milk for baby.
Breakfast; Breakfast was included in price. It was good standard breakfast we get in hotels.
Locality: I read reviews about safety issues in this area. But I didn’t see anything concerning in whatever time I was there. Infact Police car was parked at front door. Area is quite as exepected. Didn’t hear noise( even it’s close to airport).
Overall good stay!

Staff was excellent! We paid $16 for parking, these seems excessive and unnecessary. We checked in late and left after 4 hours to catch a flight, so parking really doesn’t make sense. A long black hair in the sink, but the room did look clean other than that. Its Alameda so it is nicer than staying in Oakland if you are there to fly out/in

Very tired old hotel that caters to business people who only need a place to sleep that’s close to the airport, in and out for a day. This was the last stop for us on a 7 day road trip clocking 1,200 moles and 4 hotels. This was our last stop to catch a plane home.
