I had two of my cars broken in and took all my son’s clothes not nothing else but come on really lil baby clothes and not safe to keep your car in the parking lot. Plus the day my first car get broken in the camera doesn’t work. To me seem very odd and werid. As well don’t bring no pets or even service animals u will still get charged for a pet fee. This motel truthfully needs to get shut down.

My car was parked there at the parking lot . Was robbed it’s on cámara. The guy at the front desk was very no good helping me in the situation just told me call the police . We provided the video. That is all. I was so stressed and dealing with the situation by myself. When I pay a hotel and I provide information of my car I think at least they need to protect our property. I definitely need to speak with any manager

The carpet throughout the building was filthy , parking lot had garbage everywhere. People selling drugs on property out in the open with zero concern of being caught. Homeless people in the landscaping & camped out on exterior rear fence . Selling drugs to vehicles pulling up . Yet office personnel are oblivious to it or dont care .

Hot Tub was out of service. Hotel is pretty run down and lots of drug addicts in parking lots nearby and sketchy people loitering nearby under the shade of trees. It was pet friendly which was the only really good thing about the hotel

Property was acceptable but upon arrival, we were told the elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor and they offered free cancellation for the inconvenience. Where else could we go? No other options available but I had the impression the elevator is permanently broken! Very brightly lit parking lot that came through the top of the blackout curtains all night and at 6 am, jets from Ontario airport started flying and woke me up. Not the greatest by far but relatively clean, despite several thing appearing in disrepair (carpet in stairwell, furniture in room old and scratched and elevator). Acceptable for our 1 night stay but not great!

Property was OK. Area around building was decent enough, but lots of late-night loitering in parking lot. Didnt necessarily feel unsafe, just uncomfortable, and odd. "Breakfast" options were a single use pancake maker, instant oatmeal and coffee, turned around and went out to eat.

The cleanliness was lacking. The noise from the freeway & airport was loud. The breakfast was toast or cold cereal. Overall not a comfortable stay.
