Wow! 5-star service. Jennifer was friendly when she came to pick me up from the airport, the front desk associate was amazing, Sebastin was very informative and helped me all of my needs here at the hotel. This made things a little bit easier for me since my flight was pretty much cancelled and caused me to be stuck here an extra day and miss work.

This hotel has a 24 hour shuttle! They picked us up at 3:30am for a 5:30 flight. Our driver was lovely and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you're staying over before flying out of Ontario Airport. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff super friendly and accommodating. I love the free shuttle to the airport; a very convenient service. Also, I forgot a pair of pants in our room. Michael was so wonderful. He followed up and sent the pants to me within a couple of days. I will most certainly be staying at the Ontario Best Western again.

Stayed one night to catch an early flight out of Ontario Airport. Hotel is actually a motel with rooms that face the parking lot and no elevator to the second floor! Rooms are dated and in need of a renovation. Pool is large and has a jacuzzi but didn’t use. Our room was noisy, as we constantly heard planes taking off, and air conditioning unit was loud and continuously made a ticking noise. Bathroom was small with soap-lotion dispensers, thin towels, and didn’t as much provide a bar of soap. Hotel does have a shuttle to the airport, a Starbucks and restaurant next door, which makes it convenient.
