I normally like staying at the Embassy Suites in Ontario but this time was not a good visit. Because I booked through Expedia I was treated poorly. Also my rental car was damaged in the parking lot. Some staff members were rude. Customer service is not the same as before COVID. Cleaning staff voices were loud in early morning. I will rethink before I stay here again.

I always stay at Embassy suites. This property has a costco right in front but the traffic doesn't interfere with hotel parking. Great property, big rooms, great breakfast and free drinks.

No internet, we called front desk but didn't work. Room very outdated, desk with broken leg, no closet,I reserved through Orbitz a double queen with walk in shower, then I called the hotel to confirm it and the answer was yes.However, they gave me a double queen with bathtub and I requested with no bathtub but a regular one with walk in. There was no sense to make the reservation and then called the hotel to confirm my selection when they don't respect the reservation. Sofa very old when you seat makes a lot of noise. They charged for parking when there was no spots available. Bad experience.

Very close to the airport and nice size rooms. Rated lower due to the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night, having to evacuate in the cold until the power came back on. Had less than three hours of sleep before long work travel day. Not fun.

The rooms were good, however our ice machine didn’t work and I had to go to another floor to find one. Went to the pool but it was freezing cold I had expected it to be heated because it was an indoor pool. We were close to everything which was great. However coming home late after the show we went to there was no parking available due to an event that was happening in the property and we had to park on the street, we did ask to be refunded the parking fee due to this and they obliged. Food was good as expected.
