Hotel d’Lins Ontario Airport

I stay just about every week for work in the area. The only thing that would make my stay better is if the jacuzzi worked. They are always friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and plenty of parking

convenient access, easy parking

The first room I was assigned smelled like smoke and had horribly hard mattresses. When I called the front desk for a new room, it wasn’t as Smokey, and the beds were much softer. The paint was peeling, but the doors locked. The parking lot lights flickered all night long, which left an ominous feeling, but being located ext to the fire station made me feel a bit better. I should have realized the place wasn’t too fancy with the big list of possible charges for missing items (including light bulbs!!). The breakfast wasn’t worth eating. The price was kind of decent.

Easy access to airport. Clean, spacious room Good value. Very helpful staff. Only negative comment: $50 pet fee was a surprise! Don't remember seeing any mention of it when i made my reservation over a week beforehand.

I booked for a family member flying through. Property is affordable for a quick stay, but there wasn't hot water. Lukewarm at best. The property has wires hanging outside of the rooms, maybe security cameras, but the wires are just hanging above room doors. There was a mattress in the parking lot, maybe for the trash? It just seemed odd to leave out for guests to see. Room was ok, nothing special. Was very quiet, because it was empty.

The hotel was not as advertised. Staff was rude and there were hidden fees. Not per friendly at all. My dogs paw was injured due to nails, rocks, brush, metal pieces from construction going on. There were also people urinating in their parking lot in from of the entrance in daytime. I complained and was not offered any compensation. The room was run down and over prices as the whole hotel is run down

The hotel is out dated and dark. I checked in at 5 pm and the lights were off at the entrance and dim throughout. I asked reception to turn the lights on. The lights at the pool area were off. The parking lot and lighting outside the walkway to the room was poorly lit and unsafe. Paint in the bathroom was peeling off the wall and service was terrible.
