Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Orlando Airport, FL

Mediocre hotel. Needs updating. Check in clerk was great. Room did not have hand towels and there were used washcloths left in shower. Location was great because it was close to the airport, had a free shuttle although it took an hour for him to pick us up and had several restaurants nearby.

The Good...pool was awsome and area around pool was clean and tidy. Location is very close to airport and the hotel offers a airport shuttle. The bad...the rooms need a very deep clean. At best the rooms are surface cleaned. My bedding smelt like urine so I went to the Front Desk about this and was given 2 fitted sheets so I could change the bedding myself. They didnt offer to send anyone to the room. I was given a double fitted sheet and we had a queen bed. They had no comforters available. The sheets were very worn and had stains. The towels in the bathroom had stains. The carpet in the room had several stains as well. The breakfast wasn't the best. Very limited items scrambled eggs, hashbrowns but no sausage or bacon. There were bagels but no cream cheese. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great hotel. Near the airport. Good location clean safe and affordable

Well maintained hotel in a beautiful setting with an accommodating staff made for a pleasant stay. The rooms are only made up daily with a 24 hour advance request but fresh towels will be delivered on request. The complimentary breakfast was basic but good and served in a pleasant, spacious breakfast room. When I arrived the hotel shuttle was not working but the front desk paid for a Lyft to pick me up. There is a nice city park nearby and a large, attractive outdoor shopping centre a few blocks away but no tourist attractions within walking distance. Many restaurants can be found one to three blocks away. Coffee is always on in the lobby.

We just needed a place close to the Airport (MCO) as we were arriving late. The Country Inn and Suites was reasonably priced and close to the airport. I had emailed to inquire about a shuttle, but did NOT get a response. When we landed, 11:45pm, I called and was told the shuttle stopped at 9:00pm. I should have called before. Ray at the front desk was friendly and got us checked in right away. The room was spacious. It definitely needs some updating and repair, but for our needs was great. The hotel offers a free continental breakfast which was standard but decent. They have a medium size pool and it didn't seem to be heated but still warm enough in late October. I would say the pool is 30 x 15 give or take. I would stay here again for the price.

My experience at this hotel was not the best , 48 hours before checking in I called to reserve an early check-in I explained that I’m traveling with an infant and was not notified that it would be a charge. I called the day of arrivals. They told me that the room is available when I got to the hotel to check in. They charge me a $30 fee for 3 1/2 hour early check in. upon checking into the room, there were stains on the carpet. The bathroom was not clean properly. The AC unit was dusty. The rooms are not maintained to their best condition. There was hair on the bathroom floor In the shower was not properly wiped down . The next morning, I asked the front decks for a full service clean. They left our dirty sheets on the bed next to the clean sheets that they had brought the bed was not made. The trash was taken out, but the bag wasn’t put back into the trash room, not vacuumed, dirty towels on the floor . There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Honestly, this was a halfway job for the price that they’re asking for. Ask to speak to the general manager several times also a supervisor but unfortunately they were not on property, but I email was sent to them by the front desk and I have not received a phone call nor an email from this hotel. That just goes to show you they do a halfway job.

Excellent location, very close to the airport and good breakfast. Clean and quiet to rest.

It was great for an overnight visit before flying out the next day.

Phone did not work, only half of the tv channels worked, the airport transportation driver called in sick.

The staff was amazing.. I got picked up from airport and driver was very informative about the restaurants in the area and recommended several places to eat. The check in process was smooth. I will be definitely staying here in the future.
