Convenient location with great food options. Airport shuttle is great. Breakfast was also very good and surprising. Would stay there again.

We were staying our last night in Florida before catching an early morning flight. The staff was very friendly and the shuttle was great. It got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable.

Check In was great and they followed up with a room to call to make sure everything was OK. They arranged transportation to and from the airport and that was very good

The young lady who checked us in provided superior customer service. She was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Unfortunately the shuttle driver was the complete opposite. If I hadn't said something to him I am not sure he would have said a word to us. It was early morning but in my book that is not an excuse.

Just convenient to the airport. Hotel rooms were very old and smelt musty. This hotel room was so noisy as it was next to the highway which had traffic all night. Did not get any sleep. People need to be made aware of this. Definitely needs updating and renovating. The only good thing I could say is that it had a great free breakfast, but this did not compensate for the overall stay which was awful.

The hotel is fantastic. From check in to check out. Service from the employees was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were extremely clean and the buffet in the morning is not a full buffet style but it was very good. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool. Needs to be cleaned and taken care of. Great stay for 1 night to catch our flight back home to Toronto.
