Property served its purpose. We needed one night arriving late and leaving very early before a flight out of Sanford airport. It was clean, new and comfortable, though a bit noisy from highway traffic right next-door. Did not partake in any of the local restaurants (there were some good choices, close by) or other services of the hotel. Front desk staff was pleasant. Overall a solid option for what we needed.

Easy to get to from sandford airport. Very nice man working desk when we got in late. Everything is perfect!!!

It was a good experience with our stay. Only entering to the parking lot is little bit confusing and I don’t really like that you have to use key card for elevator. It’s most annoying deal

Fantastic breakfast set up! We were in a rush to catch a flight, so we couldn’t enjoy it much, but so appreciative that they had grab & go options.

2nd time staying here in town for baseball. We got a 2 queen suite, also had a pullout couch and coffee table with alot of room. Beds/pillows are amazing and comfy! Bathroom is spacious with beautiful shower. They have big bottles of Dove body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion on the wall which is very helpful and less to pack to bring on your own, VERY clean and smells great, comp breakfast has a nice spread and was delish with lots of options. No parking fees or hidden deposits required!! LOVE THIS HOTEL… will book again in November and whenever in Sanford area. Also around lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Staff was very friendly.

There are many lovely hotels close to the Sanford airport. We specifically chose the IHG hotel because it claimed FREE Shuttle service to the airport (NO caveats listed). It did NOT have this service resulting in an expensive $47+ Uber ride to the airport the morning of our flight. Sadly, we were NOT informed of this until AFTER we paid for our room. NO effort was made by staff to help us resolve or discount our stay.

Very clean and updated. Great breakfast with many options(hot and cold). Allowed a late checkout which was appreciated since we had a later flight that day. Pool was clean.
