Hotel staff are super friendly, free breakfast could be better but still decent, hot and never ran out during our two nights there, and there is also an airport shuttle available from 5am-11pm. Beds were comfortable and AC was adjustable so you can put temperatures you are comfortable with. Didn’t have a chance to use any other facilities as was in Phoenix for a function but overall we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Had a very early flight out of Sky Harbor, booked this so I didn’t have to drive 6 hours before flying out. Hotel was nice. The bed was harder than I like but overall everything went great.

I was surprised the room was so nice for an airport location hotel. The pool/hot tub were nice and the lobby/breakfast area were great. Bed was comfy, big shower and lots of space. I had a problem with the room phone not working. I needed a wake up call so Kayla knocked on my door at 3am to make sure I was up. I was very pleased with how much they cared for my needs. I will always stay here when I'm in town.

After arriving to PHX after 11:30pm...I had to take an Uber to the hotel because the shuttle stops running at 11pm. It wasn't a problem since the hotel is super close to the airport. The front desk agent was great. Professional and knowledgeable. The room had recently been remodeled so it was nice and clean. The hotel is undergoing a major remodel which I was unaware of when I booked the room. There was noise after 8am and construction debris on the hall carpet. I was surprised that the construction crew didn't place anything on the hall carpet to prevent the mess. Regardless, the room was clean and the stay...good value.

Upon arriving at the airport, I called the hotel for airport pick up service. I don’t know what happened that I had to wait for one hour at the instructed waiting area ! However it arrived within just a few minutes after I called again.

We stayed arriving and departing from Phoenix airport. Hourly shuttle to get from hotel to the airport but Lyft service to get to hotel from airport (which was not expected). Renovations happening but rooms were clean and comfortable. Place was quiet. Good basic breakfast provided. Able to walk to Hilton for restaurant but nothing else close by. Would stay there again.

Room had just completed renovation so everything was new and nice; bed a bit too firm for my liking though. Staff was super friendly and helpful!!! Pool area was in need of some repair..all umbrellas broken, no towels available, and water looked dirty. We used it anyway because it was super hot out..and it was refreshing..but i think it needed a good chlorine shock. Not many restaurants nearby..most were about 15 minute drive on the freeway but getting to the airport in the morning was a breeze!! I would stay here again despite the negatives.

Its a good location to stay near phoenix airport. Facilities are good, clean rooms except for some carpet smell(not too bad so that you cannot stay). Breakfast was adequate.

I chose this hotel in spite of a higher price, because it had better reviews than other rooms near the airport. Our room was basic and while overall clean in the room, it smelled like wet towels when you entered. Unfortunately almost every room on the floor was undergoing construction and what was supposed to be a relaxing morning before heading to the airport was filled with construction noise in the rooms next door. The hallways were dusty from construction tear out. I wouldn’t have been upset if they had warned us on Hotels.com, when the front desk called before we made the 5 hour trip there or even when we checked in. The hotel offered no discount, compensation, or alternative accommodations since they were waiting for us to leave so that they could start the demo on our room. For those staying in the future, your accommodations should updated and new. Just wait a few weeks! The lady at the front desk was very kind, just didn’t have the authority to do much to compensate us for the noisy/dusty conditions. Other accommodations…breakfast room and food, pool, front desk etc. were all ok.

Real nice overnight stay. Check in was real easy, room was great with an extra tv, breakfast was good with sausage & eggs, and the neighborhood was fine. They've got an airport shuttle, but we didnt need it.
