Awesome, close to airport. Nice to have a bar and restaurant onsite. A/C in room was noisy but worked well.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is six minutes from Phoenix airport and they have a bus running every half hour 24/7. The bus was on time and the service was great. We were not there long enough to appreciate any of the amenities. The hotel room was standard. Have to say to drive me nuts that the bathroom door kept slamming shut for some reason. We were only there one night, so what the heck. Chicken was easy and staff was nice, they have a little restaurant on site that opens at 5 PM which is nice if you don’t feel like getting out and going for food because your road weary.

Our stay was only one night while we waited for our flight. Check-in was easy they had carts for your luggage and the staff was nice.

This is my “go to” hotel when traveling to and from Skyharbor Airport. It has a great location, great service. and never disappoints.

The staff was very accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately we were on the second floor right above a wedding reception that played very loud music until after 10pm. We had a 5:15 AM flight and needed to get some sleep before rising at 2:30 AM.

Made arangements to pick spose up on shuttle. Driver did not want to management refused after having agreed earlier. Terrible customer shuttle service. Lack of any concern for late night travelers. Will bot book again.
