Quality Inn Richmond Airport

Hotel was clean enough but beds were hard and springy. I guess it’s fine for a cheap place to stay the night before an early flight.

I loved my stay, and the woman from the lobby was so kind to help us get to the airport. I will definitely miss people like her! She was helpful and kind. Of course, when I need to come back for my meeting, I'll stay here for sure! Thank you, lady, from me and my wife!

No elevator, you have to walk upstairs with your luggage, smells, no courtesy ride from airport……….

The condition of the property was poor. No elevator, warn furniture and shady element outside. To top it off, since our flight was canceled, we decided to drive, so no longer had a need to stay two nights. They refused to issue a refund. Do NOT stay here.

NO airport shuttle. Why stay near the airport if you can't get to the airport?

My second-floor room was clean and spacious. Although the modern bathroom was clean and well lit, the toilet did not flush adequately. My complaint to front desk staff did not alleviate the issue. Loud outbursts from other guests in a nearby room were experienced on two late night/early morning occasions. The three remaining pancakes at breakfast were warm but stale by 8:30 AM. The following two mornings lacked any hot breakfast offerings. No fare public transportation is available nearby. No airport related noise was experienced.

Easy commute to airport and wonderful staff

Booked this it stated they had shuttle service to airport. It was broken down and they offered no alternative. I had to pay $40.00 for an uber

Really nice hotel for the price. They are even sprucing it up. Very convenient to the airport; however, clearly not a great area.

Checked the bed in detail there were no signs of bed bugs, stains, odor, and it was comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Plenty of parking. It was quiet. The shower water was pretty hot.
