Horrible Hotel . Bonnie the Bartender rudest I have ever had in 40 years of traveling. I think she was drunk or on something. Employees acknowledged at front desk said they have had complaints. Won’t go back why would keep her working there . Left hotel and went to the Marriot courtyard. No manager to talk to.

While the hotel was much nicer than most on-property hotels, we had two issues that caused us to lower our rating. First, while hotels.com advertises that the hotel has free parking, it does not. I am not the first hotel to note this discrepancy in a review. While I pushed enough to get the $10, I was annoyed that the hotel staff did not take any ownership in the problem. (Note to hotels.com staff - why not fix this issue??) Second, the mattresses are on a metal platform that extends 3" wider than the mattress. Not only did we continually bump our shins into the platform (painful!) but if a small child stumbled and hit the edge of the platform (which are incredibly knife-sharp) they would surely be cut. These platforms are dangerously designed and I would not stay here again because of them.

Great stay...friendly staff...clean, roomy rooms...comfy beds....great location next to airport...free shuttle. You do have to pay for parking however...but overall a great stay...will definitely stay here again!

They sold me a room advertised for $200 free hot breakfast then when I went for check in they told me I don't have free breakfast with my reservation and I needed to call Expedia and ask them to refund me money. Then he asked me for $10 for parking. I asked for the manager and he came and they both were rude and wouldn't honor their false advertising trying to blame Expedia. They have no integrity whatsoever. I paid $200 and got nothing but disrespectful service. I kept my Kool but wanted to really tell them some things. Sad! I'll pray for them but never will patronize again.

We had to pay parking fee even though we stayed there. The bar tender was the only wait staff at the bar, so it took a little while to be served. They put water bottles in you room, if you use them you pay for them, with the cost of the room I'm sure they can give the guest two free waters.

Booked this the same day we were headed in that direction! The hotel was clean and quiet upon arrival. The gentlemen met us at the front and were nice and helpful. We had a king suite with a pull-out couch. Upon arrival to our room, it was okay. Smelled of cigarette smoke. The pull-out couch did not have sheets anywhere in the room. Called the desk and the man said that we would have to come down and retrieve the sheets. The shower had a chip in the floor and footprints in the shower. Gross! The refrigerator was not working and was warm. Love spoiled food in the morning! Disappointed in this sheraton location, expect better. Also found out the next day that I was charged for parking without being told ... so NO FREE PARKING HERE!
