Four Points by Sheraton Richmond Airport

Stayed overnight to catch a 6:00 am flight from RIC. Hotel is convenient to the airport. Appears to have been recently renovated. Was able to enjoy a drink at the small bar on-site. Would stay here again.

#1: I had a late flight. I checked out a week ago and left my car at the hotel. Specifically asked for the phone number to get the shuttle and the clerk said no problem about the lateness. #2: the clerk gave me a card with the manager's phone number highlighted. I called the number and of course it was the manager's day phone. Had to look up on the internet to get the hotel number. #3: I call the front desk asking for the shuttle, told there is no night shuttle. I ask how am I to get there. Told to take an Uber or taxi...it is midnight. #4: I check in, ask about the shuttle and told haven’t had a night shuttle for a month. #5: Get to my room, no tv remote. Had to call front desk and he had to bring me one.

It's a convenient location to many areas. You could benefit by changing the parking, maybe a deck. Overall it was quiet, EXCEPT for one guest room slamming the door several times after midnight.

Property didn’t have a real restaurant as advertised that was open. The airport shuttle did not run 24/7 as advertised but they did come through and get a driver to make a 5 AM run which apparently we were all expecting when we made our reservations.

Convenient, comfortable, and a great overall stay. Check in and out desk staff and driver for the shuttle to the airport were all friendly and personable. Very positive experience.

This was such a nice property and is conveniently located near the airport and downtown. The shuttle was a great amenity and the staff was so friendly. The area is quiet and has multiple dining and shopping options nearby. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Richmond!

Stayed for one night , staff were kind and helpful . Hotel located in a great spot for restaurants and shopping , parking was close and free! Very big, hotel, very clean , rooms were so nice and spacious . Would stay again!

The staff was amazing. Rooms were clean. Super convenient location near airport shopping and food.

Worst hotel stay I have ever had. I travel for work. I would recommend to not go here. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and stepped into water on the restroom floor. When I went back to bed I seen small roaches on top of my food on the computer desk. I took photos and called the front desk. They were not helpful and seemed to know this had happened before.

Excellent stay. My go-to when flying out of RICHMOND.
