Upon arrival I called hotel for transport had to catch a Uber to location because shuttle never came. Had to change rooms because the toilet handle was broken and some type of substance was on bathroom floor. Maintenance came and fixed toilet when I left room I came back later that’s night to the water being turned off to the toilet and had to change room because no maintenance was on staff

Some pros, the property is adjacent to a major shopping complex, Target, lots of places to eat etc Cons: The hotel is old, dirty and rundown. Breakfast has fruit flies circling the fruit so that was something new. The property is in an open parking lot, but still charges you $10 per day to park in it. Like an actual regular open hotel parking lot, self-park, and it’s $10 a day. Not worth it, spend a little extra and stay actually in Richmond or just outside but not here.

It mentions charger for EV, in fact they one for Tesla and the other plug on the same unit for other EV, if someone is charging their EV the other cable cannot be used because of the parking space of the EV. Also their charger is a level 2 charger and not the fast one so the EV using this will be plugged all night or 6 hours the hotels should ave fast chargers and it’s ok if we pay at least you can plug for 30 minutes and go to bed after!!

Wonderful place except for broken elevator. I will stay here from now on when I use richmond airport, if it again is as good a price as it was this time. Really nice place. Only bad thing was that the one of the two elevators was broken, and the working one was slow. Helped to teach me patience :-)

Nice and convenient if flying into Richmond. There is a shuttle available outside baggage claim 2 at RIC but you should call rather than wait for it to arrive. Daily breakfast has many options and is delicious. Used the gym which has the usual equipment and the gym was clean. Rooms were comfortable with separate seating area, work area and bedroom. A refrigerator is in the room. They currently only have 1 elevator so be patient, or use the stairs if you can. The last 2 days we had styrofoam plates and plasticware so not very eco-friendly. Overall, nice stay that was convenient for flying in/out with easy access to Hwy 64 to get you where you needed to go. Lots of options for food and Target, JC Penney close by for shopping.

Very good location and good price. Free shuttle service to the airport and from the airport. Fridley staff . Great location. I recommend it and I will definitely stay there again.

Hyatt place is very convenient closer to restaurants and target , 10 minutes from airport, 20 minutes from Richmond university, clean , good breakfast but it’s NOT a 4 stars hotel . No bar, no room service and rooms are big but not well maintained. Overall a good 3 ⭐️ hotel Not 4 ⭐️star in my opinion .
