Best Western Rochester Marketplace Inn

The staff was very kind and personable and the rooms were clean and cozy and the free breakfast had waffles. After a very long flight it was perfect.

Overall, the hotel is old and somewhat tired. But the staff was nice and it was reasonably clean. Needs more lighting in the parking lot very dark at night.

Given the trend for hotels to sue customers if it does not like their reviews, I do not feel secure leaving a full and honest review. However, suffice it to say, I had already booked a Best Western near an airport both the night before and the night arriving from a lengthy trip in a couple of weeks. After my experience here, I cancelled that reservation and booked one with a different chain. I will never stay at a Best Western again.

From check in to check out perfect asked for extra soap shampoo towels got it right away onsite gym was great parking was easy and plenty made waffles in the morning with fruit and yogurt. Staff was very nice to us room was clean no complaints

Convenient to airport. Close to location for my trip.

The staff is excellent. Angela went above and beyond finding a last minute ride to the airport when our confirmed taxi never showed up. Due to COVID, breakfast is limited to grab and go bags: apple, fruit bar, milk, cereal and a muffin, plus coffee and juices machines. So, no much info there. Our room was in the first floor which was an easy access to the morning bags and coffee. The rooms have a fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. They are ok, but a little dark. Very comfortable to stay. Close to airport and convenient. Front desk stuff was very effective and hospitality is great.
