My family and I travelled a lot for work, we've been in many quality hotels and NEVER we had a dirty room like we had at this Hilton. They were many stains and even a melting gum or chocolat on the couch. Discusting stains on the couch, chairs and curtains... Holes in the the blanket. The outside insonorisation was terrible, at 11pm some people were yelling in the parking lot, it woke us up and my husband had to went down at the front desk and ask them to lower the tone... Even the door of our room needed painting... For a Hilton, we are very disappointed.

The parking lot was closed for some unknown reason, and I had to park a long walk away; I was by myself and walking with luggage and gifts in the dark was awful. I asked about it, and the front desk people didnt offer means to get to my car.

Property was quiet and easy. Toilet paper dispenser broke off and fell on my foot. Bedroom fan and light didn’t work. The biggest complaint was the landscapers outside my room at 7:45am. It sounded like lawn mower wars and engulfed the room with combustion fumes from their equipment. The manager was happy to compensate and the Hilton team got me transferred to another Hilton property that was in better shape. No chance of a landscape crew in the city as well.

Great hotel, location is perfect, right off the 390, close to shopping, etc. The rooms are large with a kitchen and a sitting area with the bedroom in a different room. The free parking and breakfast make it a perfect place for us to stay.

We arrived at 3:20 am after traveling a long way. I called ahead to let the hotel know we would be so late and they said someone would be there to check us in. When we arrived the building was unlocked and the only person there was setting up for breakfast. No one was at the desk and it took 20 minutes to locate him. I believe he was outside sleeping in his car.

Very nice suite, excellent breakfast and perfectly situated for access to shuttle buses to Oak Hill for the PGA.

Comfortable room with nice kitchen and living area if traveling v with family. BBQ grills on site for cooking. Staff is very friendly.
