We were traveling to and from Michigan and this hotel was about halfway for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I do wish they had been able to give me a receipt, however because I booked thru a third party they could not. It was not their fault and they were very nice about it. It was nice to be able to have breakfast there as it saved us time. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean

The property appeared dirty in the common areas, our room stunk of animal urine, the remote control for the tv was sticky and dirty. The breakfast was horrible… .they had run out of butter, and the parking lot was full of potholes.

Briefly stayed here as a gathering location for my son and his prom friends. The room was spacious enough for roughly 10 people to finish their finally touches. No foul smells, beds werent the best but still managed to get a good nights sleep waiting for the kids return. Pull out bed was nothing special but one of the friends was still able to sleep good on it and he’s around 260 lbs. Pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was available nothing special like any other hotel. No one complained of any bed bugs bites so thats a plus. Overall i would stay again.

Worst of all hotels I have ever visited. I am a travel blogger and never stayed in such a hotel. The room wasn't properly cleaned during our check-in. The staff refused to refill the breakfast. Many people left the area after a wait of 20 min.

The front desk clerk was pretty rude upon check in. Between our two prepaid rooms, they charged/held a total of $500 for "incidentals" and $100 of that has still not been credited to my card. The hallways were dirty and musty and the elevator would not stop on the second floor. There was family with young children in the pool with an open liquor container on the edge of the pool. In my daughter's room's closet, there was a clear plastic bag containing dirty men's underwear and other clothing. There are far too many reasonably priced hotels for travelers to have to deal with this. Overall a gross and poorly restful experience.

We have stayed here before. We hsd reservations for 4 adults but discovered at 3:30am, that there was only 1 bath towel, no kleenex, very noisy neighbors.We stayed there to take our son and his partner to the airport early. Everything else was so-so.

Good service and good cleanliness. Right off the highway so very easy to find, and convenient to get going again when you continue your travels. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. Veterans Memorial Park is less than a mile away and a beautiful place to stretch your legs and/or let the kids loose in the playground. They could improve on breakfast however--it was a little on the meager/skimpy side. Didn't use the pool or fitness center but both looked clean and others seemed to be enjoying.
