Hampton Inn & Suites San Diego Airport Liberty Station

Very clean, comfortable bed. large room with water view. Breakfast was good but scrambled eggs were watery, offered limited fresh fruit. Waffle makers were nice. Coffee in the lobby 24 hrs. Busy due to the proximity to the airport. Shuttle service to the airport is convenient.

Worked out great. In between flights.

I gotta say, this is one of my favorite hotels I stayed at in recent years. Went to check in but my room wasn't ready (It was Comic Con weekend and they were all booked). I patiently waited for like an hour. They apologized and said for me waiting they'll upgrade my room and cover my parking. There is a deposit but I got mine not even 24 hours later. Staff is friendly and their breakfast is pretty damn good. I'll stay there again any day. Not too mention, their location is perfect.

Safe location, free shuttle service, nearby restaurants, excellent customer service, breakfast included. The carpet and bathroom floor not properly cleaned.

Always our go to hotel when leaving San Diego by plane. Clean, well run, and mostly convenient to airport.

We had booked a water view room to view the fireworks on July 4th and were very disappointed upon arrival yo find that they had overbooked that night and we were not being given a water view room. The most disappointing fact was that we were going to be charged the full price for a water view suite, until I questioned whether or not the suite we were in was of that category (since we couldn’t see the water from our room) and they admitted they were wrong and gave us a small discount. It still did not make up for completely botching our plans. Otherwise the hotel was clean, and in a good location. The airport shuttle was wonderful. Both of the times we used the pool there were no clean towels. When asked if they would bring more out we were told they were in the dryer and would be out soon. Our children ended up having to run sopping wet to the room. Breakfast was ok, but slightly limited.

Was great. No issues, easy check in, breakfast, gym, laundry, pool, everything was good. Snacks, and laundry detergent available at lobby. Can’t complain. Rooms and neighbors quiet. No sound issues with the airport being so close. Comfy bed and really cold AC. Nice walking area next to the hotel as well. Very beautiful. Thanks Hamptom
