Hotel was nice and clean …when we walked into our room it was clean but had a nasty smell…after spraying it with disinfectant spray made a big difference…other than the hidden parking feee of 24.50 per night it was a good stay

One night stay before leaving on an early flight. Good onsite restaurant, comfortable beds, great coffee in the lobby.

It was nice. The atmosphere was more of Business type or visitors from the airport. Wish they had the complementary free breakfast. Overall the hotel was quiet, safe & comfortable.
Oh there is a parking fee, which I think is steep in price of $24 a night.

A great night's stay! Definitely would stay here again if I'm in the area.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable for us, and the pillows not so much but to each their own. Restroom was nice, had large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Equipped with a blow dryer as well.
$24 for parking. There's a restaurant part of the hotel, super cute, had some good options available. Pricing can be a hit or a miss. Two swimming pools available, vending and ice machine located on the second floor. Within driving distance to restaurants, golf courses, hiking trails, and other things.

We enjoyed our stay and the room was nice. It was in a good location and close to lots of things to do and places to eat.
The woman checking us in was not friendly whatsoever. Maybe having a bad day, not sure.
We were disappointed in the noise. The walls are very thin and we heard everything happening in the room above us, from the footsteps to the conversations.
Also, the way they handle parking is awful. I shouldn’t have to go through a ton of steps on my phone to pay for parking. It should just be added to my account. Their parking process is a huge inconvenience and to be honest, the hotel is nice, but it’s isn’t nice enough to charge $25 a night for parking. For that reason, I would choose somewhere else.

The hotel is charming. The patio is perfect place for breakfast. It is close to the airport and 15 min from the beach, so that is a compromise to take into account

Very disappointed in no breakfast and charging $25 for parking in an unsecured parking lot in an area fairly isolated. I can understand parking fees in a large downtown area, not here. It will affect my choosing this hotel again.

Our stay at Le Chateau Garden Bistro Ayres Hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the front desk attendant was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. She didn't bother to explain any additional fees or policies, including the exorbitant pet fees. We traveled with our pets assuming it was included, only to find out later that there's a $150 pet fee per room plus an additional $50 per night per pet! This information was not communicated upfront and left us feeling blindsided.
To add insult to injury, we were also charged $50 for parking for each of our two cars, totaling $100 for just two nights. This was another unexpected expense that was not disclosed clearly on their website or during check-in.
The most absurd part of our stay was when housekeeping reported our pet to the front desk and we received a call demanding that we pay the pet fee immediately. This was embarrassing and completely unprofessional. Additionally, we were surprised with a deposit fee because the front desk "forgot" to charge us the first night. This oversight is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their management and operational standards.
Overall, our experience at Le Chateau Garden Bistro Ayres Hotel was marred by hidden fees, rude staff, and poor communication. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and transparent stay.
