We had a nice experience at this hotel. We got to check in early with no problems and front staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean and good space for my family. The pool area was nice and the surroundings, plus it was easy to walk to places near by. The only down side I would say is that one elevator was out, and the door closes so fast on the working one, you had to make sure not to miss it. Also having to pay a nightly parking fee was a bummer too, but overall a great stay and would definitely stay again☺️

Gave room with parking lot view vs city , staff was rude no manager on duty when addressed about anything all a ted like a inconvenience bad service even had no extra pillows nor tea bags this was worst hotels i ever stayed i request full refund

Lovely stay - staff were kind and friendly. Rooms spacious - all suites and bonus of guest laundry available on site which is really appreciated when travelling on a road trip. Safe clean area would certainly visit again.

Stay was fine overall but two of the nights the TV would turn on abruptly at 5am, waking us up and disturbing our sleep. The parking spots are also very small so most cars park outside the lines making it difficult to find parking.

The nights at this hotel were very pleasing and comforting. The room was very clean and beautiful. The service was also excellent. Although there were some issues with the parking due to my vehicle being too tall for the parking building, everything was resolved nice and easy. I highly recommend booking here if you are in a trip near by.

Cons- When we first walked in, our first thoughts were “it’s nice, not much of a vibe but clean and neat. Nowhere in the Expedia app did it mention 40 dollars a day for parking or 20 a day for microwave. The fold out sofa bed for our daughter was aweful, definitely need upgrading on that mattress. The lobby elevators doors shut so fast, they actually shut on me and my daughter causing her to fall. Need more hooks in rooms for hangings items. No walking distance eatery except for Starbucks and The Silver Trumpet. Quiznos closed down. Pros- wonderful staff, comfy king size bed, beautiful views of the lake and walking trail. Nice pool and grounds.

Very nice place and not worn down. Very close to a huge mall and food options. The only drawback was the steep parking fee of $39 per night.

The late night check-in staff at the front desk could have been more friendly and not look annoyed to be checking us in. However, the hotel has a great location and the room was spacious and clean. We liked the scents of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and that the ingredients don’t contain the top toxins, and the hotel has a modern feel. Guest parking is a bit expensive qt $39 though.

Close to Santa Ana airport (John Wayne). 2 blocks from large shopping centre (South Coast Plaza). Quiet part of town. Units clean. Only 1 microwave on the third floor however. None in the room although there was a small fridge. Nice pool and hot tub.
