We had an event to go to in Long Beach, and I was more familiar with this area so I booked this Hilton. They have a nice bar, underground parking and room was nice and comfortable. It is close to South Coast Plaza if you want to do some shopping, and there are some great restaurants in the area. Would stay again.

Travel allot for business and by far the worse place I have stayed. Parking is terrible. Charge you for parking even if don’t park there. No ice machines on floor have to travel all the way to lobby. Rooms very outdated. Staff unfriendly and non accommodating. Overall would avoid this location at all cost.

Hotel staff was ok and room was clean. Entire hotel is very outdated and parking ramp was very dirty. Room didn’t have any view and was just a weird little alcove.

The only complaints I have are that the spa wasn't heated—I was looking forward to that—and the parking price of 39 a day, which is an ouch.

This is our second year in a row staying at this hotel. We always stay here the night before we fly out to Cabo from John Wayne. We also leave our car in your parking lot and pay for the parking which is very convenient.

hotel is worn out nothing special needs facelift key card works on elevator sporadically. parking fee is ridiculous

There was fecal matter in the toilet in my room. Some areas of the parking garage were flooded. Other than that, all seemed great!
