Good hotel at a reasonable price. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Easy access to the airport is why we chose it, along with the cost.

Strange odor in hallways, breakfast was excellent, property is older, parking is good. Had issue with loud kids in mext room, staff were understanding and moved me to new room. Proce was good far less than other hotels.

The rooms were quiets, nothing loud coming from any rooms. It was close by service stations and other restaurants. Lots of parking places in the hotel areas.

Reception were friendly and professional. Rooms were clean. Food- breakfast was satifying!! Swimming was great and clean. Nex ttime we travel, we will stay there again.

My husband and I were surprised when we went to check in that there was a travel bus unloading hundreds of bags. Entering lobby, no other customers. Asking the extremely friendly clerk, she stated they were dropping off the bags ahead of time. Arriving to our room, it was very nicely appointed, didn't appear to have the wear and tear we normally see. It was very clean and spacious. It was also very quiet. We stayed in two other hotels in Michigan and this by far was the nicest. The next morning, concern with the bus full of tourists, but the staff handled everyone with great efficiency. The kitchen staff was hustling but there was plenty of food for all. I would absolutely recommend staying here 100%. We will be back. Excellent staff and accommodations.

Easy access from parking lot. Swimming pool is spacious and clean. Hot spa and jacuzzi are plus.

Really convenient and friendly. There is a free shuttle bus stopping across the street to downtown Traverse. It has regular service. Ask at the desk.
