Great place to stay when flying out of Dulles. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was plentiful.We will be back.

I was not told that the van picking me up at the airport would be a Holiday Inn van. I waited an hour and a half. There was no local Best Western telephone number, only a national who could not transfer to the local hotel. Unacceptable.

I was stucked at Dulles airport right at midnight. While other hotels gave me a hard time regarding booking option, this Best Western was the only one that help me with the booking process and super decent price.

The room was humid and the room looked dirty, AC didn’t work properly and the area did not feel safe, the outside of our room smelled like pee, good thing is it’s close to the airport and includes an airport shuttle

Overall the stay was quiet until the last night there. There was a group of young guys outside a couple doors down, they were talking loudly as if it wasn’t past midnight. Then I woke up the following morning to my car alarm going off. The hotel decided to pave the parking lot, but not inform their customers. Came out of the shower and looked outside because of the alarm, and sure enough it was my car on a tow truck. After having the guy unhook my car, I went to the lobby. They told me that they tried to reach me, but got no answer. A day advance notice would’ve been better. All I got was a sorry. They broke into my car and scratched up the door panel. The last day was terrible, and nobody tried to make things right at all. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
