Tried to take a shower this AM and the mechanism was not operative, have mentioned it to the front desk, the guy did not seem to even care about the problem and told me "will pass it on to them"... Got to the lobby at 5:50 as I was told to be there for the shuttle about 5 mn before the hour, as they don't ask the night before the time we schedule to take the shuttle, I ended up having to remove my suitcase from it as it was already full. We were 4 people left behind and were told that the other shuttle will be there 5 mn later, happened that it showed up about 20 mn later and I almost lost my flight, lucky I had Clear and Precheck or I would have definitely lost it.

It could not have been better! Comfortable, clean and pleasant staff, esp since I booked last minute due to cancelled flight. The shuttle was great and helped my stressful airport experience to be so much easier. Much needed glass of wine was the cherry on top :)

I had a delayed flight that was also booked through Expedia. They did not consider my situation by extending my checkout time after 1 pm or to accept half day rate as I have to leave by 6 pm

It was OK. We booked it because there was a free airport shuttle to IAD. Arrived a few mins ahead of shuttle departure time at 6:00 am and it was already full. The shuttle driver was rude, front desk just handed us a card for a taxi company or said we could wait for the next shuttle at 6:30 am which was too tight. Ended up booking our own Uber. The restaurant (O’Malleys) was super noisy - there were a couple of men’s baseball teams staying there and they were very loud and and over imbibed. We left with our tween kids when the f bombs started flying. The actual hotel room itself was fine/what you’d expect for an airport hotel.

Stayed here the night before a flight so we could use overnight parking and the shuttle. Overnight is $10 a night. Room was spacious. The gym was a great size. We saved money and opted out of breakfast. I would stay here again.
