This property should have been advertised as under construction - checkin - lobby nonexistent - parking area under construction and overgrown- shambles - elevators, corridors in very poor condition to accept guests - room minimally acceptable - staff at checkin was polite - that is about the only positive

The property was under renovation, which we wasn’t informed of, the breakfast was very basic and their was no airport shuttle. None of the above we was informed about and it made our stay not as comfortable and enjoyable. The only saving grace was the staff. So for holiday inn hotel very disappointing
