I spent three nights at the hotel on a business trip. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities that I needed. Everything in the room was in good working condition. Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel is within 15 minutes of the historic downtown and the ILM airport. I enjoyed my stay at the Wingate and hope to return again.

Everything about our stay was amazing. Everyone was so kind. The rooms and property are very clean. Easy parking and very helpful staff. 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay here again.

I was very happy we were allowed to check in a little early as we had traveled all night and had last minute plans , so we were able to get ready. The area is perfect, everything no more than10 minutes away. Hotel was pretty quiet although it was off season in October, but we really enjoyed our stay.

We got to the hotel a couple hours before checkin, and they were very accommodating. The front desk staff was very professional and courteous. Our room was very clean and well appointed. The shower had great water pressure, and the provided shampoo, soaps etc were top quality Dove products. The towels were also nice and fluffy, and not the cheap ones you typically find. We did not use the pool or other facilities, but they looked clean and tidy. Also, did not partake in the breakfast, but it looked like standard fare for quick on the go type stuff. The parking lot had plenty of space, and the neighborhood felt quite safe at night. Convenient from the freeway and close to everything we needed.

Clean, pleasant, close to the airport and shopping. Staff was nice. Could use USB ports for charging and air conditioner was a bit loud but really enjoyed it
