I arrived early. Room wasn't ready. Accommodated with a luggage room and their fridge to keep my food frozen. Wonderful help to assist with internet connection. Excellent shuttle service for an early 5:30 am start!

Brilliant hotel large rooms very modern staff excellent and breakfast was well worth the money Also free airport transfer was great when I go back to Canada in 2026 I will definitely be booking in here again

I booked for two nights and my travels plans changed and could only stay for one night. I advised them on check in I needed to check out a day early and they would not refund me the second night and insisted on charging me for both nights. They said it's because I booked with Expedia, however when I contacted Expedia, they said they would call the hotel to see if they would change it for me. They were informed the hotel declined. Terrible service and no longer staying with this chain. I've never had a problem at other chains doing this.

Fast friendly service, well equip spacious and clean rooms, and very quiet considering it’s next to the airport! We didn’t even hear any of the planes.

Stayed here as it is close to the airport and they offer a shuttle to the airport. However, can’t leave the vehicle parked there which doesn’t make any sense.

New hotel conveniently located near airport, restaurants and shopping. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Will be happy to stay here again.
