Front desk service is very good, giving guide to sightseeing, responding to requests and questions efficiently. Good breakfast, clean room and environment. My husband needs to take medicines with warm water, I asked for a water container for hot water, the front desk girl offered us a bottle, very caring to help out, thank you. I also asked for wake up call for our early flight, the gentleman called at 6:00am. Everything was well done!

Clean, great location. Friendly staff, especially the front desk people. One inconvenient the taxi has to drop you off one small block away from the hotel. Street is gust for pedestrians

Property was nice to have as part of our trip. It does however need a much better plan to welcome guests by providing a dedicated arrival space. Temporary parking to transfer luggage and assist with offsite parking would be ideal. Hard to find as it faces a pedestrian only area with no sign on back side.

The parking situation around this hotel was abysmal. The room we stayed in did not look like what is advertised online. It was way smaller & the TV was mounted almost near the ceiling so we had to strain our necks to even watch it. Also the bartender was a fairly unpleasant fellow. My husband asked if he could make an Old Fashioned drink & the bartender said “well it’s not on our menu so I would have to charge you for each ingredient. We have to follow what’s on the menu”. Well that was interesting because I ordered a martini (which was listed on the menu as coming with olives). So what did he serve me? A martini with a lemon peel in it and it tasted very weird. Who wants a martini that tastes like a lemon!? We will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was a great property, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel entrance is on a little street that is for pedestrians only so you cannot just drive up to it and parking was a slight challenge as well. This is to be expected because it’s in this very quaint part of the city. Dining and shopping was all around and a few blocks from the water.

Great accomodations right in the centre of the city. Keep in kind the street in front is pedestrian and not much parking is available in the vicinity if you are driving.

Wonderful, helpful staff! Paid parking only, unfortunately, but in the city center, so understandable. Very comfortable and clean rooms. We loved the breakfast until 10am.

It is a small hotel with more personal service. The fact that is centrally located is also a problem as it doesn't have parking. If you rent a car, it is difficult to park. This brings you stress and you don't fully enjoy your time there as you need to be moving the car.

Amazing and clean place in walkable reykjavik. Beware, there is no parking, you will be paying $20USD a day to park in a nearby garage.
