Hive Cancun

Great place to stay if you’re looking for something a little bit away from the hotel zone. Beautiful hotel and comfy bed with a nice roof top private pool. All staff was nice and helpful. Little far from some restaurant so definitely plan to have a taxi on call

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, just at 10 min from downtan and airport

Very very dirty bathroom, floor and room in general. Even after room service came to clean it was still disgusting. I was traveling with my medical service animal and they still charged me a fee so they are not service animal friendly. Overpriced for the quality in my opinion.

We had a quick in and out of Cancun. Great location close to the airport. Very clean and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely say again.

Excellent location to go to the airport

The hotel room and facilities were fabulous and very reasonable, but an inconvenient location with limited transportation. However, Uber was reasonable enough to get downtown to public transportation or to the airport and tren maya.

Close to the airport and good restaurant. I liked the aesthetics of the rooms too.

For an unexpected extra night in Cancun, the Hive met all my expectations and then some. The reception was friendly, even a quick massage complimentary, patient night clerk, and the area felt safe. There's a 7-11 ten steps away, a sushi place, and some other shops right there. The room was very nice. Clean and had a Nespresso machine! Do bring your shower shoes, though...We were hot at night and didn't see where we could control the thermostat, but that was a small thing. The restaurant looked lovely at night, but we did not indulge. They arranged for our taxi in the morning. Couldn't have asked for more.

It was a beautiful property and the patio pool amenities were excellent for the price. The only thing that we found, was that we could hear the people above through the venting system. Everything else was amazing for a quick stop to catch a flight the next day.

Major complaint - at this price range, the hotel should provide shuttle service to airport. Expedia ad suggests shuttle service available at a price, but at hotel we are told there is no shuttle and they will order a taxi. Not ideal by a long shot for an airport hotel.
