My stay was as a result of flight being cancelled. I was able to book easily and have a room right away. The service was excellent, staff was very friendly, and the meals I had were perfect. My room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. I enjoyed my stay very much and would recommend to everyone!

The Hotel does seem far out compared to what it looks like on the map but since we had a car and our Map app, we made it there just fine. We really just needed a place closed to the airport so we could easily drop off our rental car and catch our flight. Do bring your insect spray as they seemed very hungry when we were visiting. The place is unique. It did feel safe - (we never felt unsafe during our entire trip to Mexico). There were snacks to purchase and a restaurant (it does close at 8pm) so we were able to get some food. The bed was okay, a little hard for my taste. But all in all it’s a nice place.

Best option if you need to be close to the airport. Super clean, safe and comfortable! Staff very friendly! Other hotels behind big brands are not that comfortable and friendly. The food is simple but tasty. Thank you Alexis!

Hotel is at a secluded area. The rooms are spacious and the design are very detailed. The bathroom very nice. The staff are very nice! Stayed for 2 nights and its close to the airport. Only thing the location of the hotel and the road towards it is very sketchy.

My only complaint is the lack of coffee in the room and lobby before an early morning flight. If you’re ten minutes away from the airport, you should have coffee at all hours. Everything else was great. Neighborhood was a little sketchy so I wouldn’t stay here other than for a preflight crash pad. All surrounding buildings have 20-30 foot tall fences w barbed wire and the dirt street is in poor condition.

We booked this hotel because we thought it was close to the airport, however after crossing all the dirt roads to get there it would take the same time as going to cancun hotel zone. Staff is friendly. There was no on site parking, we had to leave the car in the dirt road in front of the hotel, luckily nothing happened. Breakfast was home made, it was nice. Staff at breakfast was nice. The shower was a torcher chamber. We could never manage to keep it at a right temperature. It was always too hot or always too cold. Was not worth the $95, but it's not too bad. Would stay there for $45 a night no problem.

This place is an absolute treasure! Georgeous grounds, beautiful pool, delicious breakfast and by far the most modern and comfortable room we experienced in our entire month of travel throughout Mexico. The owners are incredibly nice and ready to meet any of your needs. I highly reccomend it.
