Nice property near the airport. Very convenient and the ataff were welcoming!

The breakfast that they offer there is no much food, but that is ok, the problem was that in the first day there was no fruit or granola, and it is part of the menu. On the first day, when we arrive at the village, the staff member that was working in reception was rude and said there was no parking available, the problem is that when we reserved they said that they offer parking. I had to park on the streets in a dangerous area, the taxi driver told me it was dangerous. I found a space to park inside the property only on the next day, but the weird thing is that the parking space was empty all the other days that I stayed in the property so I don’t know if the staff member was really saying the truth. besides that, the other days were really nice, they have a nice area, the room is clean and the others staff members are nice

Don't book if you are in a taxi they don't allow you to leave the property pretty much they hold you against your will, till they go and check to check the room they are not friendly at all and the restaurant was close , so place to eat

This was a great place for our stay at Cancun. We stayed for 4 nights here, the price was affordable, staff was friendly, parking was easy. Food was great as well, in fact we had two of our dinners here as well. Rooms are nice and clean and well maintained. All in all, a great place for the price. Few areas of improvement 1. We weren't able to use the pool during our stay as it was being renovated, so that was something of a bummer. 2. They charge you extra for eggs in Breakfast, which was really weird to me. Most of the hotels I have stayed in my life would provide eggs, with bread/waffles, but not here. I would suggest them add a few dollars to the daily rate, instead of asking customers to pay for eggs daily, lol. 3. If anyone wants to feel the vibe of nightlife of Cancun, this place is pretty far away from hotel zone and downtown as well. For us, it wasn't an issue but for some people it might be. Overall,I would recommend Villa Palmeras to my friends and if I am back in Cancun again, might consider staying here again.

I like is clean, nice, the staff so gentle, the room was big. I did not like because is so far. I needed to pay taxi and is so expensive

Very cute hotel with kind staff. It was quiet and clean. The outdoor lounge area was very nice with the hammocks and wild life. They kindly arranged airport transportation for me as well. I would stay here again.

I really did not enjoy staying here. The tv in the room didn’t work, the fan for the vent was noisy and barely worked, the bathroom smelt pretty bad. The breakfast left much to be desired; any proteins were extra $. It was also at an awkward location for my needs and although the concierge was helpful to get me a taxi, it was a whopping 700 pesos for a journey of about 20 mins.

The property have potential i usually travel with bed slippers i forgot this trip n walking bare foot the floor was dirty no liquid soap in the shower no bar soap the guy that work at the front desk at night is a excellent staff and also morning shift for breakfast i would recommend staying here if ur on a budget.
