There were lots of families enjoying the pool, but unfortunately my family stopped because our baby was fussy after a long day's drive and we just needed to stop so we weren't there because we really wanted to be. The staff were helpful. Unfortunately, the first room we got was so dirty we didn't feel comfortable staying there and the suite we ordered didn't have a door (which we needed to put our baby to bed in the bedroom). They were able to move us to a second room but the second room smelled like cat urine and dog. My husband is allergic to cats and I appreciate having to travel with pets but it just smelled really bad.. One of the beds had a dirty coverlet and a carpet was disgusting. I chose not to let my baby crawl around on it even though we had a long day of driving the day before and had another one the day after. For some this hotel might be just fine. But we paid $50 more for a hotel in Charleston a different time and it was 10 times cleaner and nicer. This was rated as a seven on hotels.com but I can't believe it even made past five.

Beautiful river view; close to riverfront festival we travelled for. Quiet, clean.

The property is nice, but amenities are basic. No breakfast. The bed was rock hard. No ability to stream on the tv. Nice location near the river, Starbucks across the parking lot. Good parking.

Property was wonderful. Breakfast could offer more options since you pay, but there’s a Starbucks across the parking lot. Everything around closes early, so if you get in late bring food before you arrive. Staff members were kind and helpful. Rooms are very spacious.
