We had a positive weekend stay. All amentias were available. The hotel was busy with various conferences and reunions and the staff was accommodating The breakfast Omelet bar was excellent with a plentiful food. bar. Shuttle was a nice option; however, was disappointed when the fee based shuttle did not provide pre scheduled pick-up for a timed event.

the room was humid and sweltering. the air did not run. we asked for a fan and were told they had none. the key card machine consistently did not work. the parking situation is a NIGHTMARE. the folks in surrounding rooms could be heard with no problem. we tried to leave early but were refused an early checkout. all hotels.com would offer a member of almost a decade was $40 onekey cash for a $450 reservation. never again. this was a dark cloud over our trip. the staff is not to blame. this is a management/property issue.

Limited parking at the hotel, have to pay to park in a garage next to hotel. Free drink coupons for happy hour was nice surprise. Breakfast was good. All staff friendly and helpful. Safe in our room didnt work and shampoo and conditiiner were badically empty. Ordered Bud light from room service, transmitted to kitchen as Bud and thats what we got (bud wasnt even an option to order).
