45 for one night parking is horrible. Need to negociate that rate. Walkway tunnel connecting hotel to garage across the street is nice... but has anyone shampoo'd the carpets the past few years ?? Has a funky musty odor. Hotel nice, abit on the high side, but when you have a big convention in the area, the desire for the easy money grab always comes into play

All staff were friendly. Hotel was convenient for events at the civic center. Room was clean and had plenty of space. Great parking.

The hotel parking lot was well lit upon arrival. Courteous front desk. Promo professional check in. Clean comfortable room. A wonderful two night stay.

This Hotel was an excellent accommodation, and the front desk readily helped us with our 94-year-old Mom. It was easy off and on for highway travel and plenty of restaurant availability for dining choices. The front desk staff were very friendly too! This is a gem of a hotel for us.

Upon arrival to the hotel the check-in was easy, staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. If you are attending a show at the Charleston Coliseum this is the place you want to stay! It is right across the parking lot!!!

Staff is outstanding!!! SO KIND & helpful!!! Great location. Across from a parking garage that gets VERY LOUD after a concert.
