Flashing green light on ceiling smoke/CO2 detector disrupted sleep. TV picture quality was poor. Room was clean. Appreciated dispensers in shower. Was also able to check in early. Front desk gentleman was kind at 4 AM — made coffee as I waited for ride to airport.

Great evening spent prior to our vacation. Our flight was one of the first out. The staff working were absolutely amazing. We stayed with a couple friends in the two bedroom room. It was very nice quiet and a great start to our vacation. Thanks to the staff that were so helpful and kind to all the guests.

We always stay here when traveling to see family and never had an issue until this stay. We had to change rooms because the bedspread had a huge wet spot that looked like the cleaners just tried to clean up pee and poop. It was disgusting, but they allowed us to switch rooms.

Everyone who works here is extremely friendly. After a long day of traveling, it's nice to be greeted by a friendly face. This is our second stay and we'll continue to choose this hotel for our stay. We have 2 dogs and the design of the facility makes it very easy to travel with them. The breakfast is also tasty and has many choices.

This was away from downtown, so quiet...except for someone's barking dog! Easy to get to, once we realized it was out of the way. The 2 br suites are ideal for single people traveling together. The lady in breakfast area was so sweet and kind. The light in bedroom needed bulbs, but otherwise all was ok.

We loved the beautiful hotel setting, ease of parking, the spaciousness of the studio room and the lovely southern hospitality of the front desk staff, not to mention the well-stocked breakfast area and the cleanliness of the entire property.

We stayed at the Sonesta and the end of a white water camping trip with the family. Very nice suites with kitchen and fridge. Family felt beds were very comfortable. I am a heavier guy and found them to be too soft. Very clean. Staff is very polite and helpful. Pool was clean. Breakfast had eggs and meat for me, potatoes, cereal and pancakes for the kids. 3 different coffee levels. Convenience store for snacks in lobby. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. 5 minutes to the airport if needed.

This is my first time at this hotel, Me and my family really enjoyed how clean it was, parking was great, and workers are very polite, and nice. For the price of this hotel I would highly recommend this hotel.!

Nice quiet property up on the hill above Charleston. Room was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great outdoors pool and games area. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Plenty of parking. Hotel is away from the town area so a car is needed to get around. Great to have a full kitchen so that we could eat in our room. Would definitely stay here again.
