Sleep Inn Charleston

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It was only 15 minutes from the airport.

Stayed for two nights on a mini vacation. The location was great just outside of Charleston but a short 7-8 minute highway drive to the downtown area. It is also very conveniently located just off the exit ramp. There is a family style restaurant right in front of the hotel with great food. The hotel staff were all helpful and friendly from the front desk to housekeeping. The complimentary hot breakfast provided was an additional bonus with lots of choices. The area around the hotel felt very safe with adequate lighting in the parking lot and night time security patrol. Our room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows and the shower was hot with good water pressure. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to any of my friends traveling to Charleston.

Very easy stay. Very friendly staff. Efficient room. Plenty of parking. Home style restaurant located in same parking lot. Convenient to Downtown and Yeager Airport.

Close to the airport, highways, as well as the rest of Charleston, it was a good base to use as I went throughout the state looking for a new home.

room was very small and dated, but clean. very small bathroom. We traveled with bikes and they allowed us to take the bikes into our room - other hotels let us keep them in the laundry room. Our room was very small plus two bikes. But bed was ok

Great place to stop for the night when driving from South Carolina to Michigan. It was very clean, quiet, and I felt safe as a solo traveler. They had hot breakfast, plus 24/7 popcorn and coffee available. Bed was comfortable and I liked the pillows. Definitely will stay here again when traveling back and forth between states.

This was a great place to crash for the night for an early flight at the airport only a few minutes away. Staff were friendly and the environment felt homey and safe. The room was clean and had what I needed. Parking lot was full but able to find a spot. Having restaurant next store was a plus. Staff provided a grab and go breakfast as we were leaving at 5 a.m.

Always an easy stay over in the Charleston, WV area before or after a trip utilizing CRW airport. Quick and easy journey to/from airport and friendly efficient staff at hotel. Amenities are somewhat minuscule and there is only one restaurant near the property which has never seemed terribly attractive to me but knowing this ahead of time I grab food/drinks before leaving Charleston area and have a great sleep before or after (or both) my flight(s).

I have stayed here several times when traveling and it has always been an excellent experience. They always make the guests feel comfortable and go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. I would give it a 10

The staff was extremely friendly, especially to our little kids. Easy check in/out and parking. They provided a pack n play for free and it was nice having complementary breakfast in the morning.
