I was traveling for work. My stay was only for one night but the hotel was wonderful. Staff was excellent.

The hotel, staff & amenities were great. The only thing is there were transients around the property especially close to the parking area. They werent disruptive but wouldn't like the chance encounter. The hotel had security at night roaming throughout the parking lot but still felt a bit uneasy. The parking lot filled up quick in the early evening so we had to make sure to be back at the hotel at a certain hour or risk no parking slot. Half of the spaces were tight because suvs & work trucks utilized the lot too. My car door got dinged twice. There should be designated area for those bigger vehicles. Overall, the hotel itself was great!

The pictures are a bit misleading, the parking situation was not good we had to drive around couple times to find a spot. The homeless people near the hotel parking entrance were not a great welcome.

More parking is needed. The bathrooms in the rooms were clean although they need a little remodeling. The customer service is good, they were very friendly, they even helped me find parking for the trailer we were took .

The guy at the check in was friendly and adjusted our room location to be closer to the elevator since my husband just had surgery. The parking lot had two vehicles that had the hood up and people were working on them, they appeared to have been there a while. There was a motorhome parked along the side of the hotel that was not in nice condition. The parking lot had people working on vehicles all night long, they were yelling and listening to loud music. The roadway by the hotel is very loud with cars racing. The people upstairs from us were fighting for 3 hours we called down stairs and advised the front desk. You can hear the next door neighbor when they were talking very clearly. You could hear the next door toilets flushing.

This is a drug/crack/meth haven. I DID NOT CHECK IN. Drug dealers, prostitutes, filth. I felt UNSAFE. Expedia should delete this property from its listings. I waited in the parking lot for 15 min before going into the lobby. Illicit drug dealers, prostitutes checking in, street people surrounding the property. I tried without success to contact Expedia. I left the property and drove 6 hrs after driving for 8 hrs. I was repulsed by this hotel. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED. I will be contacting Expedia regarding this matter.

Hwy 99 isn't my idea of a nice place to stay but the area around the Inn felt safe. There are lots of businesses if that's what you're looking for. I picked the Navigator Inn for the good price per night and it was close to the mall where I was planning to see a movie. The staff was really nice and I had a nice, spacious room with a kitchenette! That was an nice bonus. Clean linens and nice furniture. Very comfy. Plus, I lucked out and found a parking space that was covered.. it was raining pretty hard when I arrived, and off'n'on through the night.

The place is very clean, staff are very nice and attentive. Its a really good value. My oniy concern which is no ones fault here but, the area is sketch. They do have security in the parking lot to look after your vehicles after 8pm however. Otherwise, I think its really good value hotel.
