Clarion Inn & Suites Airport

Police had to be called couple fighting next to us, kids screening in fear at 3 am. In the other side couple cooking in room set off smoke alarms door acres to the pool had people drinking and doing dugs in the corridor. Part in the parking lot smoking drugs. Very unsafe, dirty accommodations

Run down-bathroom light switchplate was missing. Overall room was unappealing. No shuffle from airport.

The place looks good from outside but inside is pretty run down. No carpet in room, just a basic room for sleeping I guess. Door to side parking lot was always propped open with rocks with people constantly coming & going. Almost felt like a homeless shelter for women with lots of unsupervised kids. I wouldn't stay there again.

As I checked in the front desk denied I had a reservation even though I spoke with the manager two days in advance who guaranteed me she will have a crib for my infant child, I informed them that I will check in late as well. The front desk agent was very rude as I asked her what am I supposed to do at 1 o’clock in the morning with my family and my infant baby because our flight was delayed. The clerk replied “I had been there in this situation and was homeless once with nowhere to go, I don’t have a room for you.” Apparently, they have my room to someone else. I had to call Expedia agent who gave me a different confirmation number that allowed the front desk agent to find my reservation. Then she gave me a room that was occupied, someone was already asleep inside that room. Then they had to move me to another room. The following day, too many strangers kept opening my room door with their scanned key claiming that room was giving to them by the front desk. It was a very disappointing experience as we kept finding people opening the door on us with our child. I will never step a foot in such an unsafe place with unprofessional staff.

Renovation was overall cheap. Good for budget travelers but not real nice
