Very clean and affordable. Was very quite and close to the Park & Fly service we needed at the airport.

Wonderful stay. From check in to check out. The front desk clerk was friendly and professional. Room was clean and spacious. Perfect for getting some rest before an early flight.

I chose this hotel due to miss connecting flight. Check in at late night, front desk is very friendly.Room is comfortable, clean, the amenities is simple. Free breakfast is more like free bagels and coffee.

Due to a business trip, we booked this hotel for five nights. When we arrived at George Bush Airport, we tried calling the hotel several times to ask about the shuttle pickup point, but no one answered the phone. So we took a taxi to the hotel, which looked quite new from the outside. However, as soon as we entered the lobby, we were hit by a strong moldy smell, which permeated the corridors and rooms as well. It was unbearable, so we asked the front desk if we could stay just for the night and cancel the remaining four nights. The front desk said that since we booked through Expedia, we needed to negotiate with the platform. When we sought help from the platform, they pushed back, saying it was up to the hotel to decide, and they had no authority. In the end, we received no positive response. The hotel's elevator was terrible; we suspected it was converted from two freight elevators rather than being standard passenger elevators. Every time it started, it made a deafening noise and vibrated intensely. The room was very standard and basic, and ironically, once you got used to the strong moldy smell, you no longer noticed it—until you came back from outside and were reminded of the terrible hotel you booked. There were no toiletries, so we assumed it was normal not to have soap bars either. However, on the second-to-last night, a soap bar miraculously appeared on the sink! Clean, new, friendly staff but mostly very close to the airport with a shuttle service

Lovely modern and clean property. Manager was there to take care of me after I arrived after check in because my flight was delayed. They even accommodated late check out so I was able to work from my room. Would definitely recommend.
