I called upon arrival to request the shuttle as it was mentioned on the instructions. I was told to wait at door C-105 from 10 to 15 minutes. I waited for half an hour and the shuttle never showed up. The person at front desk was not friendly at all. She told me that the check in was at 2:00 pm and then she left. Two other guests were told the same. The second person was more friendly and told us that the check in was at 3 pm.
Fortunately, I could take the the shuttle back to the airport. But same the driver was not friendly.

My worst hotel experience in over 30 years of frequent travel. Staff had to reassign our rooms due to a nonfunctional lock. They then assigned one of our occupied rooms to another guest so that we had strangers accessing it and waking up our children at midnight. I highly recommend you don’t stay here, but if you do make sure you double lock your door.

Our go-to hotel for early morning flights out of Bush Airport. Being renovated, but didn’t affect our stay at all. We’ll be back!

The staff was very kind. Really appreciated the airport shuttle and it made the stay so much easier. Breakfast buffet was better than expected due to a previous review.

Good place to stop and rest before an early flight. Place is clean just a little out of date but the staff are really helpful.

On arriving to the Houston IAH, I made my way to the island to call and get a shuttle. I rang for over 30 minutes and others tried to help me with no answer. I had to hire a taxi who took me to the wrong location so, I needed an Uber to take me to the correct location. There was only one attendant at the reception for a long line. The room key I was given proved to be for a room in use or not cleaned so, I got another room to use. This one was nice and I enjoyed the night. Breakfast was incredible slim with food choices and not the least bit appealing. The trip back to the airport with the shuttle was good, however.

This property had trash and dirty towels/sheets piled up at the end of the hall. Noisy customers not all other customers to sleep. Just a business traveler nightmare.

The reception staff were pleasant. I requested a morning wake up call but did not get it. There was a small roach running around.
The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and breakfast was needed after a very long delayed flight. Arriving at airport after 9pm it took 3 hrs to complete immigration and find transport as the shuttle service stops at 10 which meant I had to fight for an overpriced taxi . Did not arrive at hotel until after midnight. I did not get a chance to see anything around the property à I left at 7am in the hotel shuttle which was on time.
