We stayed two different times for the airport. Very clean and comfortable. All the workers were nice and helpful. Also it was guilt.

Stayed here due to a very early AM flight out of IND. The airport shuttle may be free but this hotel is NOT a “park and ride” hotel if booked via a 3rd party. We were not aware of this so we were disappointed to learn we did not have that option as expected. Hotel was clean and comfortable for what we needed.

On the reservation site the property said we could park our car there and take their shuttle to the airport. Apparently that is only a special reservation type which was not clear at all. Need to clean that up.

I will say we have stayed at this property before a flight in Indianapolis IN … we were greeted at the desk and then given Room 319 to stay for the night …. I have to say that it was clean enough and had lots of towels and the water in the shower was hot ! But, the bad thing was I don’t think we slept very much at all because when the heater kicked on, it sounded like a freight train coming through the room … it was horribly loud and unless you sleep with earplugs ( which we don’t, there was no way not to hear it. We were disappointed this time and may look elsewhere next trip

No real complaints. Parking lot was being paved and there were not enough parking spots left open to accommodate us. Had to park in handicapped spot.

I was very impressed with the room and the entire property! There were any signs of 'updating' where they have portions entirely destroyed or in need of repair. The Breakfast Bar was plentiful and well-cooked. I was also impressed with the staff (my brother had to come in late and they sent a shuttle to get him at the airport -- no questions asked) and appreciated their professionalism.
