Our room was clean and updated. I believe this is a new location. It was central to the airport and close to downtown.

Good breakfast: real food (eggs, fruit, meat), not just sweets.
Location was good for us: close to airport and quick drive to the Louder Than Life Festival
Maid service only came out first morning, but clean towels were brought when asked for.
Property was quiet at night

Four of us went to the Derby and stayed at this Holiday Inn. It was newly renovated. Very clean rooms, great shower, comfortable beds, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker in the room. Fabulous housekeeping staff with great attention to your needs. Free breakfast, however food was not good. Everything was either cold or luke warm whether day or night. Bar was opened to 2am, but was understaffed and service was very slow. Front office staff never gave us our Derby welcome gift and did not inform us of the pre Derby festivities on Wednesday night. Location is close to most major attractions. Easy access to highways. Hotel offers free parking.
