Clean , nice bed and close to airport

This place has bugs in the bed and flying around the room. The ice machine has mold. When I brought this to the attention of the facility they tried to tell me I brought bugs and threw my ice away. I have a video of the bugs. I would never stay at this place again. I was told that they were waiting on the health department to inspect their pool, but the pool area has not been functionable in years. There’s all type of debris tarp over the pool and broken chairs and tables. The elevator doesn’t work.

Check in was smooth. The room was very clean, beds super comfortable & shower was nice. Variety option for breakfast & all were good. Outback is in the same parking lot, but not much else is around the hotel. About 10 mins from KY Kingdom & 20 minutes from downtown.

Hot water didn’t work n my room had to take a shower in lukewarm water. Water wasn’t hot and they had old furniture trash in the parking lot wasn’t my pleasant comfort as normal when I book a hotel.

Many restaurants nearby. Large parking lot for trailers and very kind customer service.

It needs updated, badly. Pool is closed, as in tarp is still on it. I thought by being near the airport it would be ok. Staff didn’t seem very attentive to things like replenishing the breakfast.

Property was Ok. It wasn’t really at the airport and it was too far from downtown to be convenient. We ended up having to pay more than expected for transportation around town.

Upon checkin you have caneras all over lobby with extrenrky bright lights that shine directly in your face. No elevator for a 2 floor hotel and we were on 2nd floor with several pieces of luggage and coolers. Mattress looked like it was moldy around one side. Side lamp was plugged into wall away from table. Shower had black marks all over it. Lamps in parking lot were not on in evening (after 9pm). Breakfast was a crockpot of gravy and coffee was out at 8am. When asked for a receipt i received a paper with my ingo on it, no breakdown of room cost. Seemed like there were a few "guests" who camped out in their cars or in the lobby.

We did not have a shuttle driver available to take us to the airport as promised when we checked in

We asked one employee if their shuttle service went to the expo center, and they told us it did, but when we asked to be taken to the expo center in their shuttle they said they don’t go to the expo center, that was confusing.
