I do like that the hotel located near the highway. But I didn't feel safe. I had 2 kids with me. Due to some disturbing happening before our arrival. The hotel host should have call the police with what was happening. Instead of letting things intensified. Please be careful when traveling late to a hotel. There are so much hate crime happening lately. I do not like how this location is handling this situation.

The hotel was easy to find which I find important after a 6 hr drive. It was Very clean and has a very helpful, nice staff. Also has good security measures in place. Breakfast was great lots of variety to choose from and tasted good. I loved the nice window shades definitely helps with highway noise. You could still hear some larger trucks but that’s to be expected when traveling. They also have very comfortable beds and clean bedding!! the design of the shower handles are fantastic. Their not directly under the water so your not scalded or frozen when their first turned on. Great feature! Will definitely stay there in the future!

My truck was broken into during my stay. The hotel and staff are great however, the police informed me that this hotel is located in high crime area due to the homeless population. I was not aware of this. The hotel has cameras in certain locations if their parking lot, unfortunately, not where I was parked, leaving my vehicle vulnerable. Great place to stay, just be sure to empty your car and ask the front desk where the most secure place is to park.

When I checked in I was not told about being charged for parking. Upon check out I was expecting a $0 balance for incidentals, but was told I had $15 charge for parking. When I asked about the charge she said it was for paid security of the parking lot.

I was not informed by the web site or by the hotel when checking in that there was a fee for parking. It wasn't until I was checking out, that I was handed a $22.74 bill for parking. Due to hidden fees, I will not stay here again!
