MCM Eleganté Hotel & Suites

Pros about hotel was location, complimentary breakfast and shuttle service. The major cons are the outdated room in the non-quite rooms and run down bath tub/shower. It was difficult to find available outlets for cellphone charging, the windows were dirty, paint pacthes on the walls, old deteriorating bath tub and shower and old stained furnishings. For over $250 a night, the shower/tub could have been more updated.

The customer service was wonderful. The hotel is an old fixer upper with minimal quality. I have picture to reflect rodent, nice size roach climbing on the wall. The advertisement doesn’t meet the quality. I traveled with other family members and their complaints are not good.

I appreciated the convenient shuttle wot and from the airport. The staff was wonderfully friendly and accommodating.

Well, where do i start! We had a flight at 5am, so headed there at 3am. The shuttle driver was quick to get us going and got to the airport in no time. Then, at about 4am, our flight got delayed til 9am. A little while later while waiting, it changed to 4pm! Once the flight was taken care of, i called the hotel to see if we could come back to stay in our room until we had to go again. Without much question, they allowed us to. Sent the shuttle, checked us in thw same room and also extended us a couple hours after check out! Then, had lunch. Brought it to the room to eat, dumped one meal on the floor. I went back down to get another and they made me one with no cost! Beats staying at the airport for hours! So awesome the hotel would accommodate us when we were in need and exhaustion!

Staff at reception were very friendly. Shuttle to airport important no vegan options in restaurant.

Room was very outdated. Hall carpet and paint was old and unleveled. Pictures looked great. Reviews were great. So we booked through Expedia. We were traveling. We are the type that come in go to the desk, to the room, shower and go to sleep. The PARKING was horrible. For small compact cars, every spot. Hard if you’re driving a 4 door 4x4 truck. Expedia charged us, and the hotel said Expedia wasn’t communicating with them, it was down. We had to pay AGAIN. Which was a lower price, I was ok with that. Next day tried to get refunded from Expedia, nope. Getting refunded from the hotel, 7-10 days. Thank you for the stay, won’t be back! But you were friendly when you took my money.

Good breakfast, small parking spaces and terrible room finishes for the price.

Easy check in, staff was friendly and fast at the front desk. Airport shuttle was provided.

Me and my kids love this hotel. It has airport shuttle, great hot breakfast NOT complimentary but hot and cook to your order eggs. It is also across the street from a convenient store, Walmart and other food places

The Elegante is very convenient to Texas Tech. The staff was courteous and professional. We really appreciated the shuttle to and from the Raider football game!!!
