Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon

Overall it was good. Clean comfortable and pretty good size room. Free shuttle to the airport every half hour for most of the day. The only thing we didnt like was there was an automatic gratuity charged for the food and drinks etc.. and the food was very expensive.

Hotel is good, rooms was a little dated but had coffee machine in room which was good, about 20 minutes from the airport

Its good hotel getting older and older and to my surprise they don't do housekeeping daily anymore, they say New poliza, just don't know, before check out be aware that you have to drive your own car out of the property parking lot if not they will charge you $60 dollars just to go out, they will Not going to tell you about it

A great place to stay close to airport and has resort vibe. Restaurants are top shelf, wonderful preparation of dishes and fantastic service

The restaurant staff was amazing, super friendly and the food was great as well. The front desk staff was mediocre at best. They would not let me check in because the reservation was under my wife's name. We have the same last name, address, etc. This has never happened to me before. We use one hotels.com account and her first name is on it. Absolutely ridiculous. I had to get on a chat with hotels.com to have our first names switched. The room was dirty and dated. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and the toilet seat was filthy. The shower was not much better. Closer to the weekend the hotel filled with cruise travelers who party until 3am in their room on 2 separate nights. I will not be staying here again.

The hotel is nice if you have an overnight stay in Miami, close to the airport. It is very busy though, many checking in at the same time and usually 2 people at the reception, abit slow!

Had a great time there. Very nice people! Very clean. The only thing that was wrong was there is no refrigerator, no microwave and no balcony in the room. Parking is $30/ a night and you still have to pay $50 per day deposit. Other than that great place! It’s far from down downtown and the beach! But close to the airport. I didn’t hear any noise so that was a plus

This is my 2nd stay at this Hilton. Great staff. 15 mins from airport. Free shuttle to/from airport. Nice amenities!

Very convenient. Shuttle ends at 1230am and my flight was delayed until 1230 so had to Uber. But it was a short 5 minute drive

No free breakfast and shuttle was expensive per person
