Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami-Airport/Blue Lagoon

Room was very clean and very nice. Always have been pleased at this hotel and never have any issue. The breakfast was nice, fresh, and hot. It appeared the rooms have been updated since our last stay couple years ago. The only thing that caught us off guard was us having to pay for parking. Last time we stayed here, parking was still free.

Great staff all around and bus transportation to airport was wonderful.

Shuttle service to airport, pool

Very nice place that is clean and has an excellent staff. The rooms are huge with the most comfortable beds I experienced in some time. The free breakfast has something for everyone. We were also very happy about the shuttle from the airport. We will return!

Our room had lots of maintenance issues mainly in the bathrooms. One bathroom door didn’t close at all, the sink stoppers was stuck, bathroom tub didn’t fill up because the stopper didn’t close. When I called the front desk they would hang up the phone on me without me finishing what I was saying. I was also put on hold for like 10 minutes before I decided to hang up. Also the shuttle took forever . When you’re waiting outside Miami airport with high temperatures with a baby, this isn’t ideal. The place was ok. But don’t think I’ll stay again

Property should advise their shuttle runs per hour- no where is this covered- had to use an Uber instead Digital key is far far too complicated to use- tried to bring it up to the associate who checked us in and he was so non chalant and diidnt even listen The ac vent is so dirty

Nice place to stay around the airport.

The hallways have an unpleasant smell. The room carpet does not seem to be well maintained. Overall staff service was ok. I stayed in this property with an expectation of a decent family size room and a manageable and timely airport transfer.I was put on a list however the driver did not care for checking the last minute individuals who did not reserve for an airport shuttle. Apparently, I needed to fight for my seats to ensure someone else did not take advantage. On top of that he was rude and left me and my family at the hotel lobby. If I had not planned to be well in advance at the airport. I could have lost my international flight. So, if you are planning to stay in this hotel to have an organized airport shuttle, think twice before you choose.

This was a move convenient location from the airport (shuttle amazing) and essential shopping for overnight cruise stay. We had the 2br suite. Separation and accommodations were all we needed. The cracks and crevasses can be cleaned a little more thoroughly but I would stay again.
