Good location, everything is close by. But, the room smelled musty. The refrigerator did not work. There were ducks in the parking lot and a lot of excrement in the area.

Can’t sugarcoat this. We do 4-6 weeklong road trips each year, so we stay in a variety of hotels and this hotel by far was the worst we have ever stayed at. We just needed a stopover for one night while driving from Charleston to Key West. So, this place seemed to be good, nice location, pet friendly (we had our dog), free parking, and about 15 min from South Beach where we were going to have a late dinner. Checking in took over an hour because no one was at the front desk, while waiting it was clear people were living at this hotel, cars being worked on in the lot, people smoking all over trash not picked up. The room itself was big, thankfully we were on floor 2 so it helped drown out some of the noise outside which never stopped, between people arguing with each other, car alarms going off we didn’t get much sleep regardless. The bathroom was disgusting, the shower had mold all over and the tub was leaking. Thankfully it was just one night. We were up and out at the crack of dawn. And because I just didn’t trust how this place was run, I made sure to check out in person and get a receipt. I had zero interest in breakfast there and that was good because it was non-existent. The room in the lobby that had the sign for breakfast was completely empty. Not even coffee. It is hard to believe the parent company, whom ever it is allows this mess to happen.

NEVER AGAIN !!! The only positive thing about this property is the location which is very convenient. It seems they allow "long term rentals" for low income tenants. The property is very run down with vehicles being repaired in the parking lot. Trash in the hallways exposed water and irrigation pipes. The front office is just as filthy as the rest of the property.

I booked this hotel but I was moved to another cheaper hotel far from airport and extra money that I paid for the original hotel is not returned back

I was given a key card to room 205 and was instructed that it was the very last building on the first floor. I pulled around back with my friend and upon us pulling around back we were greeted with a disgusting view of a broken down red truck that seemed to have been there for awhile and had a broken axle and one of the hotels couches that had just been thrown in front of the building and trash strewn across the parking lot. We thought maybe it won’t be as bad on the inside of the room. We then put the key card into the slot to open our door and we’re greeted with a bed that was not made and looks like it had just been slept in and we had booked a non smoking room and the room just reeked of cigarette smoke and mold. We proceeded further into the room to look at the bathroom when we found mold in the shower and dirty towels all throughout the bathroom. I then told my friends that we could not stay here all within a 5 minute span of us checking in because we did not feel safe in the room because the way the room looked felt like someone else may have had a key to our room and could walk in at any time. Not only did we not feel safe, the room was absolutely disgusting!! When going back to the front desk asking for a refund in which the man at the front desk told me would take 5-7 days and at that I told him was completely unacceptable the man at the front desk told me that was not his problem and good luck in finding another hotel. After which he slammed the door in my face!

I was there for a week romantic stay and overall I enjoyed everything. The room was clean enough, the floor definitely could've definitely used a good mopping. In the bathroom there was some discoloration on the walls but it didn't bother me much. The area wasn't bad. Business district by the airport, Everything you needed was fairly close. As far as for other guest, didn't have any issues with them. A little loud, walls are thin but again it wasn't a huge bother. Yes, I would stay again and recommend. I would like to suggest some rugs for the rooms. I'm not a fan of bare tile or wood floors. I like carpet.

Nousy people around 3am in the parking area across the rooms,they party and don't care Common areas with trash..papels..empty cans..disgusting! Cigar butts everywhere..!

Handle was broken off the shower .. so I had to grab a wrench out of my car to turn the water on ….no dishes or utensils in the kitchen .. which isn’t that half the point of an extended stay hotel ? People partying in the parking lot ALL night . Save your money

Clean, quiet and parking available.

This is a motel setup with room doors exposed to the outside. The place was disgustingly dirty, with duck droppings everywhere, on walkways, in front of room doors, the room was dirty with dried drippings on walls and the bathroom door. I told the office person about the duck droppings and no one did anything about it. There was litter just about everywhere, on the parking lot, in the planted shrubbery areas, on the walkways, on the property edges. There was no blow dryer in the room. I even saw a suspicious interaction with two men arriving to the parking lot in different cars and getting out to go behind the trash dumpster and within an overgrown shrubs area and come out about 20 minutes later separately. Transient people apparently live there, people that are indifferent to dirt and filth as is the people running this joint. And I paid $161 per night for this dump. The breakfast was nothing but cold things, packaged muffins, powdered oatmeal, bran bars and coffee and tea….the oatmeal packets apparently were old as I made one and it didn’t mix well. There were no napkins available for the breakfast. There was also dried coffee drippings on the wall next to the trash can in the breakfast room. The room wasn’t kept clean. What a LOUSY place!
