Pullman Miami Airport

We waited 50 minutes for the hotel shuttle but it never came so we had to Uber to the hotel (we picked the hotel for the shuttle service on our long layover). There was a long line for check in with only one person working the desk before another came out to help. The room was spacious but had a musky locker room smell.

Have used this hotel for airport parking many times and this was our 1st time staying there. The staff was friendly & helpful!! Cristina at the front desk is a rockstar!!

The bathroom should have been cleaner. The walls looked like they needed to be cleaned and there was hair in the shower and on the wall. Other than that, the room was clean and quiet. Customer service was good. Thankful for their airport shuttle and cruise shuttle!

The room that I was supposed to say was called the premiere. It was horrible. It was me and my daughter is getting from Arizona to University of Miami. There was one light in the room that you have to step on to turn on other than that no other lights there was no exhaust one in the bathroom, and in the shower, the knob was broke off. The carpet were discussing the bags you can feel the springs in the mattress. Our phone did not work in our room. I asked for service they will not bring towels to us the next day when I asked there was no parking in the facility due to a wedding reception we drove around for about 30 minutes trying to find a space to park which we had to pay $30 a night Additional to what we paid for the room we had to park probably a mile away, which was ridiculous in the evening time walking in another state that we are not familiar with. Cannot understand anybody at the front desk was not happy with my face at all.

We stayed at the Pullman for one night only to meet family flying into Miami before continuing to the Florida Keys. Our experience was ok. Our only option for a late evening dinner was to order from the bar and the bartender was not very friendly. Disappointing.

No parking due to an event, maybe they should plan accordingly.

Shuttle service was very easy and convenient. The instructions we followed to get the shuttle was precise and on time.
